How Maintenance Works
1. We get your site ready to roll
We'll check out your site, do a backup, install traffic monitoring, and get you started with hosting if you want it.
2. Send us an Update Request
Write down all of the web site changes you'd like. Then email or use this site to send us your Update Request. We'll accept Word documents, notepad documents, pdf's, email attachments- whatever works for you.
What can I put in my Update Request?
Update Requests can include numerous content changes to your website. With a single Update Request, you can add, remove, update or edit an unlimited number of pages, text, photos, videos, links, forms or documents. Send us as many change requests as you want in a single submission and it counts as a single Update Request. Read more in our FAQs
What's not included?
Update Requests cannot include design work or programming. Changing your site's overall look and feel or adding a Shopping Cart is not included with our monthly plans. We do offer these services at an hourly rate.
3. We process your Update Request
Our technical team reviews your Update Request and implements the changes. Your update requests are completed with 72 hours or 3 business days. Generally they are much faster, usually a few hours, but they can take some time depending on demand and workload. If you would like a same day/24hour guarantee there is an applied fee of $25 dollars.
4. Review the changes
If you prefer to review the changes before your updated site goes live, quickly complete the approval process.
You get to see your site updated on our systems, before we copy the changes to your live site.
Your site is now updated and you can get back to work.
